UNLOCKING THE
FUTURE OF FUEL

Explore Feedstock Innovation with Oleo

We transform biomass waste into feedstocks for the production of advanced fuels.

We deliver reliable, lower-carbon fuel feedstocks at price parity with conventional alternatives. By converting waste into economical feedstocks, we unlock new production capacity for profitable advanced fuel pathways, ultimately, accelerating the transition to cleaner fuels.

TECHNOLOGY

A flexible biomanufacturing platform for enabling advanced fuels.

Oleo's biomanufacturing platform transforms under-utilized biomass waste into low carbon feedstocks for ethanol, renewable diesel, and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production. By supporting both HEFA and ATJ SAF pathways, we create a resilient, adaptable supply chain, that meets today’s energy demands and tomorrow’s climate goals.

We produce flexible feedstocks designed for the future of fuel. Derived from non-edible biomass, our products are optimizes for scale and profitability in advanced fuels.

Cellulosic Sugars

Our process yields high-purity cellulosic sugars from waste biomass, available as mixed sugar streams or fractionated into C5 and C6 to match downstream bioconversion needs. Designed for high microbial fermentation efficiency, these sugars serve as low-cost, low-carbon feedstocks for ethanol and sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) production via the alcohol-to-jet (ATJ) pathway.

Renewable Oils

Oleo offers high-purity triacylglycerols (TAGs) with predominantly C16 and C18 fatty acid chain lengths, ideal for renewable diesel (RD) and HEFA-based SAF production. Derived from underutilized waste biomass, our TAGs offer a lower carbon and cost-effective alternative to conventional seed oil feedstocks.

IMPACT

We remove bottlenecks in advanced fuel production by transforming carbon-emitting waste into high-value feedstocks. By unlocking new supply for fuel pathways in use today, we enable immediate emissions reductions across aviation and marine shipping. When scaled to capture 15% of the U.S. aviation sector, our solution could abate 1.63 gigatons of CO₂ annually, all while avoiding competition with food systems or farmland.
